I am a family-focused mother of two energetic, spunky boys: Wilson (6) and Jackson (4). Much of my time outside of school is focused on seeking a balance of adventure and relaxation with my family. We love to travel and go fishing. From the top of the ski slopes to the depths of the sea, we can be found anywhere in between.
I grew up in Bangor and am a 2004 graduate of Bangor Area High School. I went on to study at East Stroudsburg University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education followed by a Master of Arts in Special Education (PK-12) from Lehigh University. After beginning my career as a gifted teacher and learning support teacher, I earned my Gifted Endorsement and went on to pursue school leadership, earning my Master of Education in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification.
As the Assistant Principal, I seek to share my passion for lifelong learning, the significance of family and community, and the importance of the opportunity to learn through experience and restorative practice.
It is my pleasure to serve the Pen Argyl community, and I look forward to another productive and collaborative school year!
