SAP Referral Form

 The Student Assistance Program (SAP) is a team process that uses school resources to remove barriers to learning. SAP is designed to assist in identifying issues related to alcohol, tobacco, other drugs, and mental health that may be hindering a student's success.

 Individual and group counseling, court accompaniment, support groups for children and adults, education and prevention.
