This is my 19th year at Pen Argyl HS. I have my BS in Health and Physical Education, MS in Health Education, and MS in Sports Management, all from ESU. I enjoy gardening, both flowers and vegetables. When I have the chance, I like reading with a cup of coffee, in one of my many mugs that match the current season!! I have a 10-year-old son, who keeps me busy playing football and lacrosse, and nothing makes me happier than seeing him on the playing field. We also have a 2-year-old dog, Maya.
