Mr. Hinton is a proud 2005 Graduate of the Bloomsburg University Honors Program where he earned a BA in History and a BS in Secondary Education. He earned his Masters Degree in Education through Wilkes University. This is Mr. Hinton's 18th year here at Pen Argyl Area High School. In addition to teaching Mr. Hinton is the Head Coach of the Mock Trial Team, serves as an Assistant Coach for both the Cross Country and Track and Field Teams, and is the Sophomore Class Advisor.
Outside of school, Mr. Hinton is extremely involved in the Boy Scouts of America, enjoys hiking, and spending time with his niece and nephews.

Favorite Thing About Teaching At PAAHS
My favorite thing about teaching at PAHS is supporting my students both in and outside of the classroom. I love supporting my students by attending various school activities such as sporting events, concerts, MiniThon and dances.
