This school year will be my thirteenth year of teaching. It will be my third year at Pen Argyl High School. I previously taught three years of middle school learning support, and seven years of elementary Autistic Support in Allentown School District. After my daughter was born. I began to look for jobs closer to my hometown, Bangor, PA. That's how I found my job at Pen Argyl High School. I am a Bangor alumni but I have crossed the enemy lines to Pen Argyl. I now bleed green and white.
I received my bachelor's degree from Kutztown University with a dual major in Elementary and Special Education. I earned my Masters Degree from DeSales University in education with a concentration in English as a Second Language.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I live with my husband, 3-year-old daughter, and a giant Golden Retriever. One of my favorite things to do is enjoy life with my spunky daughter.

Favorite Thing About Teaching At PAAHS
My favorite thing about teaching at Pen Argyl High School is forming bonds with the students and helping them succeed in their academics. I love when a student comes up to me and brags about an achievement that they are proud of, whether it is big or small. It means the world to them that I am proud of them. It means the world to me that they chose to share their victory with me.
